How to order
As you see an item you would like to buy, click on the "Buy" button.
A "Go to Checkout" tab will appear at the top and bottom of your page showing the quantity of items and the value. Once you have completed shopping or wish to check the cart, click on "Go to Checkout".
At this point, you can remove items, alter quantities of items or Keep Shopping.
Once completed, select the freight cost that is relevant and press "Recalculate Totals".
Proceed to Next Step - you can either Log In (if you are a returning customer) or Register your details.
Once details are complete, an email will be sent to you with our bank account number and confirming the cost of the order. You can then pay by internet banking or deposit the money at any ASB bank. We do not accept
credit card payments at this stage.
International Orders: We are happy to ship overseas, however, you must be able to pay into a New Zealand bank account. Please contact us by email info@scrapmania.co.nz so that we can advise freight costs etc.
Shipping Information
If you are unsure which freight charge to choose, we will always check your order and advise you accordingly.
If you have a rural address, please list your R D number on your order. Please also include your postcode as this will speed up delivery through NZ Post.
Dispatch of Orders
Once funds are received into our bank account (or cheques cleared), we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 - 3 days. If your order is urgent, please make a notation in the comments box and we will do our
best to action it immediately.
At present, we are using NZ Couriers, Courier Post and NZ Post.
